Payment Options
We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,
and
PayPal.
We also accept money orders and personal checks for orders by telephone,
email, or fax.
Checks are held until they clear. (Returned checks are subject to a
service charge for the greater of $20 or the maximum amount allowed by
state law.)
For all other payment options, items that are in-stock ship within 7-10
business days.
If they are not in stock, your selected items will be handmade-to-order
and shipped as soon as possible.
We will contact you directly with an estimated shipping date if any of
your order selections are out of stock. The transaction will be charged
to your credit card when your order is ready to ship.
Custom orders & monogrammed items must be pre-paid in full.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment of monogrammed items, and contact us
for estimated shipping dates on custom orders.

Certain items have limited stock and others have waiting lists.

Local sales taxes apply to all items delivered to a NY state address.
Please specify which county you live in and add your applicable local
sales tax.

Shipping
We offer Standard, Premium, and Express delivery to destinations in the
continental USA.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes in the continental USA through the USPS.
For online orders, we must ship to an address which matches your credit
card billing statement.
In order to send gifts to multiple destinations, please call us directly

RUSH SHIPPING OPTIONS
Add $15 per address per shipment to Standard rates for Express Delivery
(arrives 1-2 business days*).
Add $8 per address per shipment to Standard rates for Premium Delivery
(arrives 2-3 business days*).
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Open the box, and you will find our special vellum insert custom cut to
open like a present, along with our gift tag (with your personalized
message handwritten inside) & rosebuds (7 to be exact).

included in the price.
For our other products: Upon request, we will wrap your selections in
tissue, tie them with ribbon &
enclose your personalized gift message, hand-written on our

Returns
Items will be accepted for exchange / merchandise credit towards future
purchases if returned
in unused, original condition within 14 days of the date on your
receipt. Initial shipping charges are not refundable on returns.
Please email us at
sales@ultrabellacasa.com prior to returning any
merchandise.
Include your original sales receipt with your return, noting on the
receipt (1) the item being returned,
(2) the reason for the return, and (3) your preference – exchange or
merchandise credit.
Please ship returns with freight prepaid & fully insured. For your own
protection from damage / loss in transit, please ship via insured,
traceable delivery.
Custom orders & monogrammed items are not returnable.
